Clear guidelines to ensure the best learning experience
Full Refund After First Class
If you have completed the payment and attended your first class but feel that our program does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund. This request must be submitted before your second scheduled class. No questions asked.
Partial Refunds
Please note that we do not offer partial refunds for unused classes once a pay period has begun. If you decide to discontinue your course during the current billing cycle, you are still entitled to attend all remaining sessions within that period.
Official Communication Channels
For the safety and consistency of our services, all communication must occur through official TalkFrenchCanada platforms. Direct contact with tutors outside of these platforms regarding scheduling, payments, or private arrangements is strictly prohibited.
Data Protection
TalkFrenchCanada does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party without your explicit consent. We comply with data protection regulations to ensure your information is stored and managed securely.
Class Recordings
If class sessions are recorded, the recordings are intended strictly for personal use by enrolled students. Sharing, distributing, or publishing these recordings in any form is strictly prohibited.
Material Usage
All course materials provided by TalkFrenchCanada are protected and intended solely for individual student use. Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or distribution of these materials is not permitted.
Missed Classes by the Tutor
If your assigned tutor is unable to attend a class, TalkFrenchCanada will ensure the session is rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Learning Experience Plan
In the case of missed group sessions, individual rescheduling is not possible. However, if the session was attended by other students, you may request access to the recording to stay on track.
Intensive Plan
Students must notify their tutor at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a class. Classes missed without at least 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. Rescheduling is dependent on tutor availability and may not be guaranteed within the same week. Please note that only a limited number of reschedules are permitted per term.
Success Factors
Success in language acquisition is a collaborative process, and outcomes depend greatly on individual effort, consistency, and motivation. While many of our students successfully achieve their goals—such as passing standardized exams like the TEF or TCF within 6 to 9 months—TalkFrenchCanada cannot guarantee specific results. We are here to support your journey with expert instruction and tailored resources, but your dedication remains the most critical factor in your success.
